Hello Southridge Youth cheer families!
We hope you all had a great holiday and that 2012 is off to a great start! The SYC board met last week and we are gearing up for the fall season!
Registration will begin April 1st (no foolin!) Mark it on your calendars and be sure to tell your friends! We will refresh the website soon with all the information. We will hand out flyers to the schools, post banners and yard signs but it seems every year someone didn't get the information and it could be too late to register!
Southridge High School Cheer Camp! Look under the Camp tab on our webpage for details about a clinic/performance the high school is organizing Feb 16-17. They would appreciate early registration so they order enough t-shirts and supplies. Also, the high school program has mentioned that they are putting a lot of focus on tumbling. If you are considering trying out for a spot on the JV or Varsity Team you should start tumbling now. There are several gymnastic and cheer facilities that can help you get the training you need - OGA, Style Shock, Westside Dance and Gymnastics Academy etc.
